I am really excited about my future.
I think I know everything. (working on this one)
I know everything. (oh wait, I am working on that...)
I want to go back to Europe. It has been too long...
I have an OCD with toilet paper rolls being on the right way and a bad addiction to Facebook.
I dislike gossip and trash talkers...
I miss the 80's...
I fear being my own biggest obstacle.
I hear our buddy Tim on our conference call. He is amazing.
I smell nothing. My nose is still stuffy...
I crave (this is x-rated, I cannot say...)
I cry for my children. Actually, I cry all the time. It is probably because I am making up for Travis's lack of tears...
I search out encouraging, empowering, and uplifting people.
I wonder if I am that for others.
I regret nothing. Everything in my life has made me what I am today, and I am pretty happy with that.
I wish to be a blessing to everyone I come in contact with.
I love to love people. I want to make a difference.
I hate negative, critical, and judgemental people.
I care about too many things to list.
I always like to hang out with my kiddies and hubby.
I worry that I haven't done enough...
I am not a slacker.
I remember the 80's. What an awesome decade...
I believe that one person can make a difference.
I sing all the time... My life is a musical, I think I can turn anything into a song.
I argue with ignorant women in RS. They think I am a bitch...
I write too little. I think it is a lost art.
I win at everything I put my mind to...
I value time.
I listen to what I am taught by those who are where I want to be...
I don't want to be a wall flower at a party. I am the party.
I will be a difference maker.
I can be a bitch. (Especially if you are one if the ignorant women in RS)
I need 9 hours of sleep, or you get the bitch... (we have early church, hence above...)
I forget to pack sunglasses everytime I go out of town. I am always buying new ones.
I am happy pretty much all the time.

Dylan singing

So, at a church service on Oct. 12, our amazing friend Tim pulled Dylan up on stage with him and his family to sing. He was in front of about 3,000 people. I guess you would have to understand this family to appreciate the magnitude of this. Dylan loves these guys, and looks up to them so very much!! They are like family to us. He has been levitating ever since!! It was a dream come true for him. He has asked me nearly everyday for almost 2 years if he could sing with them. (Goadies, we love you!!) They are some of the most amazing people you could ever ask to associate with!!

Free Enterprise Day 2008!!

Travis and I feel very fortunate to be able to celebrate America and our Free Enterprise system for an entire weekend once a year with our friends!! This year, we had a few of the most amazing WW2 veterans there to tell their stories. It brings tears to my eyes just thinking about it. I am amazed that men can carry such blind courage and do the things they did in such circumstances. I pray that we all realize that freedom isn't free and that many people paid, and many currently pay a huge price for us to enjoy what we have. I hope we may never forget that it is us as citizens that makes America great. We must learn not to rely on those we elect into office to take care of this country, but on ourselves. When we took our first steps to becoming independent, it was a group of 2% that signed our Declaration of Independence. We must never forget that an individual can make a difference. Let's not forget where we came from...

Hawaii 2008

Let's just say that when we were leaving, Dylan asked if we could pray every day to move to Hawaii. I agree. What's not to love?? 80 degrees year round, beautiful beaches, green everywhere, oh yeah... and did I mention 80 degrees year round?? We do love to travel, but I think that Hawaii will always be one of my very favorite places in the world! It was so great to be able to wake up with my family every day and not have to go to work!!! When I move there, I must be retired. How could you have a job when paradise calls your name everyday?
